Round 1: Part 3 Jotaro no time skip.

Round 2: Part 4 Jotaro.

Round 3: Part 6 Jotaro, 5 second time stop.

I think Jotaro would win all of these. Kenshiro can't see Star Platinum, and if he actually can, He's too slow to react to it. Though, he does have the advantage in strength.

If he had muso tensei he could win, or at least stalemate.

Not really. Star Platinum is way, way faster than Kenshiro.

Hmm, I mean, if you're including the fight against Pucci, then yeah, Star Platinum shouldn't be that fast.

Though, you have Silver Chariot being able to react to light, and Star Platinum is about its speed.

Even so, it wouldn't be a problem for Jotaro to win if he has time stop. Star Platinum is stronger than Stone Free, whose hits are as strong as small and fast meteors, so Jotaro should be able to hurt Kenshiro.
