Sophie would join them, too. They found Silva laying on the ground, bloodied. He groaned from pain, and he looked around. "W-Where am I?" He asked. He then looked at the group. "Y-You guys...Wait, did you guys join the otherworld, too?"

"N-No, Dad," Sophie went. "We're still alive. It's you who came back to our world...Did someone revive you?" She asked.

"Sorry for hitting you so hard," Ares said. "But you weren't yourself."

"..." Silva was speechless as he tried to comprehend what Ares told him. But he knew they were telling the truth. "No, it's okay, this old man can take a good punch or two." He smiled. He then looked at Sophie. "Sophie, you've grown. Strong, too, I can sense. I trust they've been taking care of you well, toughened you up."

"D-Dad.." Sophie knelt next to him and grabbed his hand. "You guys must be confused of the whole situation, and so am I." Silva turned to them. "But I believe I have a faint idea."

"And what's that?" Leif asked, wanting to hear more.

"My memory's blurry...But I remember a man," Silva replied, "And he claimed how he wanted to bring back the true lord of this world, citing a tale from thousands of years ago...That is before I felt his hand on my head and the rest is history."

"...This man must be the same who destroyed our village," Maya said, showing up. "Huh, who are you?" Sophie turned to her and the two would introduce themselves. "I-I see...What happened to your village is terrible. This man, whoever he is, must be brought back to justice...Dad, do you know where he was?"

"I'm afraid not," Silva replied. "But sooner or later...you'll understand." Silva was drawing his last breath. "I think it's time I head back to the otherworld. I fully trust in all of you to save our planet, like you always did. When you meet the others, tell them I said hi...G-Goodbye." Silva said before he closed his eyes. His body would then shift to a woman, she had long brown hair.

"S-Sis? It's you!" Maya went to her and hugged her, tears in her eyes.

". . . Silva," Seliph said. "So in the meantime, I guess we just wait?"

"It seems that way," Leif replied.

"Dad..." Sophie hung her head as her father was gone in front of her for a second time.

"...We can wait until Sis wakes up," Maya said. "She would most likely remember the details of what happened."

"I'm afraid I can't do that, dear." The group heard a voice from behind them. "Who are you?!" Sophie turned. They would see a tall and thin man with very pale white skin, pointy ears and fangs. His hair was blonde, and he had wings coming from his back. He wore a black suit with a cape.

"Y-you..." Maya faltered back. "You're the one who destroyed our village..."

"I had to, sweetie," He replied. "Now, come with us. You have made a mess of my men, but I am still willing to take you in." He told her with a smile.

"Get lost, freak," Ares said.

"Who are you?" Seliph asked. "Why did you destroy their village?"

"Who am I? Riff-Raff ought not to ask such questions," He dismissed them. "Look, I don't know what you came here for," Sophie said, appearing in front of him, "But you...if you're behind everything, I won't let you get away!!" Sophie said as she used Kaioken and dashed towards him. "Hmph...How unsightly." Without moving so much a muscle, he would send her flying back towards the others, crashing through a boulder.

"W-what did he do? He didn't even move!" Maya went.

"S-Sophie!" Seliph exclaimed. "He knocked her back with utter ease!" Ares, Leif, and Seliph prepared themselves . . . but they didn't attack. They'd keep themselves in front of Maya.

The man who knocked back Sophie stared at them. "What a disgusting display," He spat, "You three believe you are a match for me? Hand over the girl, and pretend this never happened...I'd rather not taint my hands with filth."

"You clearly don't know who you're dealing with," Ares said. "Get lost before we send you into the ground."

"Big words from a pile of trash." He said before he sent a burst of wind flying towards them, with enough force to send them flying away. "W-What power!" Maya went, covering herself and trying to stand her ground. "You guys, it's fine!...Y-You're no match for him..." Maya told them, crying.

They were hit backwards as they kept up their guard.

"Just be quiet and stay back!" Ares exclaimed. The three of them powered up to the max and charged the guy. They cupped their hands together and fired their waves at him.

The waves would reach him and exploded, a large cloud of dust kicking up. However, the man was unharmed; he created a barrier that protected him. "I admit, for such ugly creatures," He spoke, "Your strength is, rather, out of the ordinary. Pretty, I would even say." The man then swayed his cape around.

"I suppose you have earned the right to know my name," He said. "Vandemonium, make sure to etch it into your skulls." Vandemonium said. He would pull his arm to the air, and from there, he shot dozens of ki blasts, all heading towards the trio, he intended to end this fight quick.
